Action Alert — November 2013

The Ontario Government must take action now to stop the operation wind turbine projects that have been placed too close to people’s homes.

There have been endless complaints of serious health problems for those living close to wind turbine projects. A recent release of an ongoing health study from the University of Waterlooagain confirms this. The Ontario Government has not taken any action to resolve these issues.

The poster entitled ‘Wind Turbine Noise, Sleep Quality, and Symptoms of Inner Ear Problems’ was displayed by University of Waterloo researchers Claire Paller, Phil Bigelow, Shannon Majowicz, Jane Law, and Tanya Christidis at a recent symposium in Toronto. The research indicates statistically significant impacts for sleep, vertigo and tinnitus. The Results and Discussion of the poster can be found in this link. The full poster can be accessed by clicking this link. This is in addition to the dozens of peer-reviewed papers that have been published over the years linking human health problems to the operation of industrial wind turbines. Thank you to all that have continued to work very hard up to this point.

The government and wind industry relies on large numbers of people’s complacency to continue their scam. If you haven’t done anything to help now is your chance. The resolution of this issue is dependent upon a large number of people’s action. You have to make the choice to get involved. If you don’t, nothing will ever change.
