Falmouth Board to determine town-wide ‘Sleep Health’ policy. Board of Health has proof, given State reluctance to help… Will the Board protect it’s resident’s basic sleep pattern?
Impacted residents can’t budget for chronic sleep interruption. Falmouth’s BoH shouldn’t be expected to balance the town’s budget either. It’s only about health facts (known State night time noise level violations, professional noise model predictions of more violations (WTOP), and the public record of sleep disturbance complaints when turbines operated at night). It’s not about money. It’s about community integrity & basic sleep health. It’s pretty simple!
